Text fields not showing, flipbox does not work

Hi there,

I have just installed the plugin.
I want a flipbox on the right side. So now i have some bugs: I cannot change most of the colors even though I can do it in the backend it does not show up in the front end.
And the text fields are not showing so nobody can subscribe to the newsletter.

We are using Avada as theme.

Can you imagine what the error could be?
