text fields not showing up for some clients

Please write what fields are concerned and whether the problem occurs with a specific product in the cart.

Hi,

It’s for any product that I sell. It works when I look at it, but for lots of people the fields don’t show up – I’m not sure why it works for some but not others.

And these are the fields that should show up but sometimes don’t:

Student’s name

Parent’s Name

Email address

Mobile Phone

I am sorry but I cannot find the reason for this behavior.

I checked the form in four browsers and on different devices and each time it looked the same and the fields were visible.

The last thing that comes to my mind is to check whether the page set as Checkout contains the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. This shortcode is required but is sometimes removed when creating the store.
