• Is there a plugin or script for :

+creating plain-text files (not just unformatted text display on the web page) of posts on the fly (say, when a user clicks a link to get a plain-text file of a post); I know there are printable-version plugins/scripts, but I don’t know how to make it output an actual .txt file rather than just throwing it up on screen.
+creating html files (not just the web page) of posts (post only)
    +ditto for PDF and RTF
+automatically stripping smart-quotes and other oddities that happen when you copy and paste from another web page or Word document

I know there are scripts that do this, but I’d like recommendations for either a plugin, a hack, or something you think has a good chance of working with WP.

When I search for this I just keep getting the un-fancy-quote plugin, which is why I’m posting.
