Text hidden but no read more button?

    Hi,

    I added the shortcode in the Woocommerce product description, but it only hides the text, no link or button with the “read more” link to open the rest of the text?

    Any idea why this does not work?

    Can you please switch to the default theme and verify if the same behavior exists?
    Also, deactivating all other plugins temporarily and checking the behavior would be helpful.

    Thanks for getting back to me.
    I will troubleshoot some more and get back to you.

    I am using the OceanWP theme + Elementor.
    I will switch to default WP theme.

    Hi again,

    OMG, it works now, even with the OceanWP theme!

    The only thing I did differently, was following these instructions to the letter, someone posted on your YouTube channel: https://youtu.be/uBKMmvFgqqg?si=L9V4BeRxFJjnGecx

    Before, I did not go first to the settings page of your plugin and hit “save”.
    I did not think that would be necessary, because I left all settings as they were by default.

    Well, I guess this is solved. Thanks for this lovely plugin!
