Text hiden on records

Hello everyone,
Forst of allm thank you for all the people that help others and happy new year,
I hope someone can help me with my strange issue. I have used clarity for years but since I installed clarity in my new website 3 month ago, all the text is hiden (there is no txt at all) in all the records I get. I jhave changed the masking settings but nothing changes. Can someone help me? Thanks a lot!

Hi.
I know what you said but is not my issue. On the records, there is no text at all. And the masking setting does not change anything, it has to be something else! Please help !
