Text in home doesn't appear, and images as well

    Hi there,
    I create a new page, set the ‘home template’, indicated as home in ‘reading > settings’, customized widgets… anything works fine except I cannot see the text or images added to that page : / Only anything ‘around’ is visible (header, sidebar, footer) but blank in the middle…
    What’s wrong?!

    thanks for using MH Newsdesk lite.

    Please note that the widgetized Homepage template is for widgets only. Regular page content which you might have added in the WordPress editor won’t be displayed on this template.

    However, if you want to display some text or other content, apart from the custom widgets on your front page, you could make use of WordPress Text widgets, add your content into these widgets and then place the widgets as you like.
