    The text I enter in body, does not show up in my emails, as seen in the screenshot.
    I checked my sent emails and they do only show the “we have finished processing your order”. I also did check at woocommerce -> templates and I couldn’t see there was anything overwriting emails? Except Im not sure what to look for there exactly.

    Welcome to Kadence Support, we are here to help.

    I did some tests on my test website, and I was able to change the Body Text for all applicable Body Texts. Here is a clip of that for reference. Can you ensure your Theme and Plugins are all up-to-date?

    Does this occur on all order types or just the Order Completed one?

    Can you try using a different Preview Order and see if this still occurs? This is the first option in the Email Customizer -> Email Type and Text settings. Here is a screenshot for reference. Please let me know if using a different Preview Order option works.

    Can you check to see if you receive any Console Logged Errors when modifying the Body Text? This usually can help pinpoint issues and provide us with more insights into the problem. Please send over any error(s) you may receive.

    Additionally, other plugins also may modify your WooCommerce Emails. If that is the case, then a 3rd party plugin may be causing this. To diagnose this, can you try disabling all of the plugins on your website? Then, reactivate your KadenceWP Plugins and the WooCommerce Plugin and see if this issue still occurs.

    If the issue goes away, you can reactivate the remaining plugins one by one. Each time you deactivate a plugin, check to see if the issue occurs. Once the issue occurs after activating a specific plugin, then that plugin is causing a conflict.
