Text Link Ads plugin version 3.9.8 only shows ads on Home page

After upgrading the TLA plugin from 3.9.7 to 3.9.8 I noticed that the TLA plugin (set to “Widgets and templates” in the settings) are now only showing up on the Home page of my blog (sidebar and footer widget areas) and not site wide as they used to. I had to downgrade back to version 3.9.7 in order to get the site wide functionality back.

I’ve also noticed that the “Text Link Ads” widgets no longer offer a choice between choosing to “Show on home page only” (Yes or No choices via radio button) as shown in the plugin’s screenshots on the WordPress Plugin directory page for your plugin. I miss that actually.
