After the latest update my text looks like clickable links. Not sure how to describe this, but all the text in my wpbakery text fields looks like blue and when I left click anywhere it turns black again. I am certain this plugin is the cause, I am just not sure how.

This plugin came with my theme, so I am not sure if developer of this theme is supposed to update anything, but I am curious whats going on. I will probably have to use older version instead for now.

@smexhy Can you please send me the theme you are using so I can test with it locally? wetransfer.com and send it to [email protected].

Also please make sure you are on Redux 4.1.9 which resolves some bugs similar to this one.

Chances are your theme author probably did not have the time to test the newest version of Redux, but we’re here to provide support! Once I receive your theme I will start testing it immediately.

In the meantime, you can use this video to learn how to roll back to a previous version of Redux. I suggest version 3.8.16. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oaiAzmpgbYU

Once I have it all fixed, I will let you know here and I’d appreciate you using the same approach to test the newer version of Redux. I want to make sure your issues are resolved.

    Thank you.

Hey, yep I was using the latest version.

I found some older version on some pluginarchives website from the march this year so I used that for now and the issue is gone.

I appreciate your approach and thanks for looking into it. I am sending it to you right now.

I appreciate you. I will send you an update when I’ve had a chance to test your theme.

Please delete and reinstall Redux 4.1.11 and let me know if that fixes the CSS/font issues. If you’re not sure how, install WP Rollback, install and activate a previous version, then install and activate 4.1.11. If it worksI’ll push a new release tomorrow so the changes can go out to everyone. Thank you for your patience and helping me test this out.

Correction, please install 4.1.13. I believe this resolves the issues you were facing.

Just checked on the latest version, looks like the same issue is still there immediately after installing the latest version.

Bah, I forgot you sent me your theme. My apologies. Too much to do, too little time.

I won’t contact you again until I am sure it works flawlessly.

No problem, do as it suits best for you, I gave you credentials in the email, so you can even test it yourself, no problem there.

Not sure why, but I can’t log into your admin panel. All I see is an error page.

Also, when I installed you theme locally with error logging on I found this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare compiler_action() (previously declared in /Users/dovy/Local Sites/consultio/app/public/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework-master2/sample/sample-config.php:627) in /Users/dovy/Local Sites/consultio/app/public/wp-content/themes/the-repair/inc/config.php on line 2514

That means the theme author didn’t prefix a function name properly, which is causing this error. If you do a search and replace for compiler_action in the theme to something like the_repair_compiler_action the error will go away.

I wonder if maybe this error is impacting what else you’re seeing. Can you do some digging?

I am wondering if this error is only on version 4 and higher or also 3.x.x

I forgot that my hosting has some geoip protection for login page enabled, try now if you can log in.

However I never saw any fatal error anywhere, so I will have to look if error messages are allowed in wp-config.

This should be resolved with the most recent version, I sent you an email. Thank you.
