    Hi,

    Thanks, happy to hear that.

    That’s weird, can you make a quick video/screencast of the issue, will help me understand what could be going on in there.

    Thanks for the speedy reply! ??

    I don’t have the software to do that. However, my IT manager thinks it might be a conflict with WP multi-site. So we’re working on converting our site from multi-site to single WP site. After we do that I’ll get back to you to let you know if the issue has been resolved.

    Also, as part of our theme we have Visual Composer, which could also be conflicting with Live Composer?

    I have the same issue. I have a theme, SEO WP, and i can’t edit any title, content or thumbnail with Live Composer. The rest is ok, the “Edit Content” doesn’t appear anymore. It appeared the first time only. I don’t have multi site. I can only edit text in what it was included in the demo. Thanksss

    When I insert the content module, It only shows “[” and I can’t edit it

    Hi,

    @matt19

    Sorry about the wait, the days for the support are Tuesday and Friday, but this week was rather crazy and I didn’t manage to find the time to do the Tuesday support.

    We’re running the LC website ( which is LC powered ) on a multisite installation, so no issues there.

    As for Visual Composer, there are no known conflicts, I’ve seen installations with both being active ( there was even a few installations that had 3 page builders ) and all was ok.

    Which theme are you using?

    @rcasal

    The “TITLE” module, “THUMBNAIL” module and “CONTENT” module? Those 3 are not editable through Live Composer.

    The “TITLE” module only displays the title of the page ( changing the title is done in the admin ), the “THUMBNAIL” module displays the featured image ( which is set in the admin ) and the “CONTENT” module displays the regular WP content of the post/page ( the one set in the text editor in WP admin )

    The “TEXT” module is the one which allows you to write custom content from the Live Composer editor.

    No worries, most people are busy this time of year. ??

    Have a great weekend!

    Thanks for the reply Slobodan!

    hmm I’m having same type of problem barely anything functions and I am not able to edit any text on the buttons, the headers etc only text conent. Also the animation drop down menus are locked and almost all drop down menus don’t function. It’s a bummer because this is a sweet plugin if everything worked. I’m using the sahifa theme from themeforest.

    The text on the buttons, you can do it directly inside the button to change it. Slobodan, the tutorials were great help, if new come out please let us know.
    Greetings

    Hi, I have the same problem. I use West from Athemes. I used to be able to edit text before with no problem. After the last updates I can’t edit text. The Edit content button doesn’t work. I can’t copy the text box either. I can only delete it. Same for the info boxes.

    Hello again and happy holidays! I disabled all the plugins possible and it still doesn’t work. Thank you.

    wow I just thought of trying an other browser. I use Chrome normally. The edit content button works great in Firefox. I will use this one from now on.

    Hi,

    @rcasal7 – You’re welcome.

    @matt19 – It was mentioned by @regista_one that he tried in Firefox and it worked. Can you try in FF and see if it works for you.

    But it’s weird since I primarily use Chrome and I haven’t ran into those issues.

    Can you send over the theme to [email protected] and I’ll set it up on my local server and test it out.

    @regista_one – West is a theme which was built to work with Live Composer, so it’s odd you’re having issue there. It is West or West Pro? If it’s West Pro then you have access to their premium support, so you can contact them and they’ll sort it out.
