Text only emails have no carriage returns

    Hi, I’ve got a Woocommerce website where plain text transaction notification emails are used. Recently they’ve started being sent without carriage returns, all in one paragraph, if they’re sent via Sendinblue. But if I use another SMTP account they’re fine. I’ve asked Sendinblue about this, but could it be a WP Mail SMTP issue with the Sendinblue integration?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and we’re sorry to hear about the strange issue you are experiencing while using the Sendinblue mailer.

    We have not received reports about this particular issue and the fact that it appears to be mailer specific makes us believe there may be a conflict of some kind.

    Since you are using an eCommerce website, do you have a staging website you can perform tests on? If yes, we’d recommend disabling all of your plugins (excluding WooCommerce and WP Mail SMTP) and switching to a default WordPress theme before attempting to reproduce the issue.

    As as another test, you could try integrating with Sendinblue using the Easy WP SMTP plugin to confirm if this is a plugin-specific issue.
