Text only shown to EU visitors

Hello,
We have this plugin applied in our website (https://www.ethosdata.com/) and we would like to set the plugin in a way that the message will be shown only to the EU visitors.
We do not want to disturb visitors from other regions; such us US.
Can this be done somehow?
