Text Repeats on Home Page

Hi
I love the look of Clean Black, but have discovered a major issue.

When displaying latest posts on the home page, I find that the excerpts shown from each post include repeated text. You can see what I mean here:

I have tried deactivating all plugins, and have tested it on other domains and get the same result.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
