Text replace not working

hello – i have used this plugin a number of times without issues. yet last night i tried to change a site from ip address to domain name ie:

https://103.42.110.12/~testsite to
https://minibabybelcompetition.com.au

so added this in the text replace field. when i imported and refreshed the site however the test ip address is still there in all references – as if none of the text was replaced.

i am using the unlimited extension with plugin version 6.96
