Text substitue plugin available?

  • Does anyone know if there is a plugin that will replace words in my website?

    For example….in the html code my bold terms are tagged with < strong>< /strong>. I’d like to change all these tags to <b></b> , etc….

    I’d like to know if theres a plugin that will go thru my whole code on the whole site and replace words, code, etc. Similar to the ‘find and replace’ feature in MS Word.

    Actually, WordPress assumes the other way around.

    The B tag has been replaced with STRONG, because it is more semantically correct. In the same way, I is removed in favor of EM, for emphasis.

    So if you do use B or I, then WordPress will replace it with strong or em.
