Text terms and conditions loads in checkout

Thanks for reaching out!

When in checkout clicking accept terms and conditions, that terms page opens in a new tab (correct). When you return to the checkout in the other tab you see that the contact of the Terms page that just opened in a new tab is showing in the checkout.

Checking your site’s checkout page, I am unable to reproduce the issue here. When I check the ?I agree to the?Terms and Conditions??* box, it did not open a new tab on my end.

I understand that you are seeing the contents of the Terms & Conditions page on your site’s checkout page whereas it is being viewed on a different tab/page, correct?

This is because this is the default behavior when you click the Terms and Conditions link on your site’s checkout page.

Changing how this works would require a third-party plugin or a custom code.

I did some research and found these plugins could be a good starting point:

• Terms and Conditions Popup for WooCommerce
• Woocommerce TOS Iframe
