Text to HTML conversion

Is there a hack I can use that will convert all of my hotlinks – https://www.link.com into clickable links?

I have a number of different articles to post on my blog, but the articles all have a slew of different links.

I don’t want to manually create a hotlink for each of them, as that would take hours.
