Text underneath "In stock/Out of stock"

Hello!
Is there a way to add text just underneath the “In stock/Out of stock” text?
I would like to add texts like “Back in stock in about two weeks” aso. so I would like to have it precisly underneath and on single Product pages.
Hopefully waiting for an answer!
