On the page we used your plugin to set up an iframe shortcode in the text field. This shortcode had a height parameter (height=”500″). Then we deleted the height parameter. The webside still shows the height parameter in the shortcode/text we used in the text-field of simple custom conent plugin. You can see this when you look at the source of the page… So my question: where is it stored? in the database?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

The settings are stored in the database, correct. But if you deleted the content from a particular setting, it should be removed automatically from the database. If that is not happening, it could be because of caching. I would check your plugins to see if you are using a caching plugin, and also check your browser, to make sure that you have cleared its cache and cookies, etc. If nothing else, you can reset (delete) all the plugin settings via the “Restore” option.

Let me know if I can provide any further infos, glad to help.
