Text widget visible only when its body is not empty. Possible?

  • Hello!

    I want to use default WP text widget to make site-wide announces from time to time. Is it possible to use Widget Logic to make text widget visible _only_ when it’s body (content) is not empty?

    So, if there is something in text widget body: the widget is visible. If there is nothing in text widget body: the widget is hidden.

    Is this possible? Can you, please, give me a short example how to do it?
