Text Widget will not save

Hello,

My text widget when added will not save. It simply keeps spinning and spinning. I am adding Twitter code to it.

I did do the following: went to the default theme, reset the them, clicked and unclicked accessibility mode and finally turned off all the plugin.

Sucker won’t save just keeps spinning and spinning. Is there something else that can be done?
