Text Widget without title but space above

    I believe to achieve this you need to do some basic code either via CSS or may be via theme functions.

    Even though did you try adding a blank Space in Widget2 Title or   so it acts like a blank title, I am not sure if this will work, but give it a try.

    As an alternative CSS would be the easiest way to handle this.
