Text with pre filled option

    Would it be possible to add a TEXT option for quick contact.
    as with the email – allowing pre filled data?
    ie:
    Clients need to book a time or seating
    Simple press text icon ( or word ) and send text message to this mobile saying
    XYZ with the standard info for the site already filled in?

    I am not quite sure I understand you, maybe this is what you asking for:

    (The fiddle code works fine on Android 5.x)

    The main part looks like this single line below. You can see the phone number and the body text:
    <a href="sms:+14012341671&body=some text here">icon</a>

    Let me know what do you think about it, I do want to improve the plugin!

    Hi Anna, (apologies, the followup emails are not coming through from the forum)
    Yes in essence that would be it.
    So when the user on a mobile wants to text or SMS
    there is another icon of choice that allows for a prefilled text to be sent.
    In the instant world any options that allow a simple click and send is wonderful.

    If you could add that option it would be great.
