Text won't bold in Chrome, looks fine in FF and Safari

  • Bolded text appears as it should in FF and Safari, but does not appear correctly in Chrome.

    The numbered questions are bolded in the HTML, but in Chrome appear as normal. If I open the same article in FF or Safari, the text is bolded the way it should be.

    I’m running the latest version of both WordPress and the Billie theme. Everything looks the way it should in the CSS. Can you please investigate what could be causing the issue?
