The issue is simple, the theme active in your website is applying the CSS rule:

white-space: nowrap;

To all “label” and “span” tags in your website.

To solve the issue you simply should enter the style definition below into the “Customize Form Design” attribute in the “Form Settings” tab (https://cff.dwbooster.com/images/documentation/form-settings-tab.png):

#fbuilder label,
#fbuilder span{white-space:normal !important;}
