Textarea field not displayed

    I added a Textarea field in the Shipping section. It is not displayed in the order (woocommerce backend), it is not displayed in the summary email sent to the administrator.
    I had to insert a Text field in order to display it.
    Is it possible to help me?

    I did the test again. I captured the main screenshots of the anomaly.

    Hi,

    To see whether the theme is to blame, temporarily switch to the Storefront theme and test.

    If you still have the problem, it could be a plugin conflict. Still with Storefront, temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and test. It should work now?

    Reactivate one-by-one and test to try to identify which software element is causing the problem.
