Textbook retailer affiliates and price comparison

I would like to create a price comparison tool for textbooks. The price comparison should include affiliate links to various retailers, many of which are smaller companies.
I would like to import a database of ISBN, and have that automatically retrieve prices and generate appropriate affiliate links for each of the retailers. Can this plugin do this level of automation?
