Texte doesn’t change

Are you overriding woocommerce email template files? That would prevent this plugin from being able to edit that email text.

I’m sorry, I asked that question incorrectly, I wasn’t very clear.

If you go to woocommerce > status can you post a status report here so I can see what you have installed and running and potentially if any woocommerce template files are being overridden by your theme or another plugin?

Also when you edit the text in the emails are you seeing the change in the customizer?

If you are, can you make sure that the email you are getting when you make a purchase is in fact the same email you edited in the editor? For example, the first email you get for an order may be an invoice email, or it may be a pending order email or it may be a completed order email based on what was purchased.

I hope that gives us some more information to go off of ??

Hey,
That report says that your child theme is overriding all of the email templates. If you are not the web admin then you need to get in touch with that person (whoever set up your child theme) because you will need to remove those templates or if nothing else at least update your templates to the current version of woocommerce.
