  • These pipes aren’t suppose to be shown. What sending method you are using on your MailPoet (Settings page, Send with tab)?

    I’m using PHP-Method
    furthermore i noticed that the links don’t work too so it’s a nonsense-Mail ??

    Could it be a problem with her device?

    nothing new? could be possible that this is a client-sided problem?
    I mean i could imagine that black berry phone of the subscriber has a lack of mail-formatting-support?

    This is almost certainly a client-side problem. Can you test the newsletter by sending it to your own email account?
