T/F Quiz plugin with immediate feedback

  • I’m looking for a True / False Quiz plugin that gives the quiz taker immediate feedback when they click T / F.

    ie. is displays:

    1) The Sky is Blue.
    T
    F

    Then if they click T it immediate displays/reveals hidden text that says “Yes the sky is blue”. If the click F it reveals text that says “No moron the sky IS blue”… I’m also wondering if this could just be done with HTML in a page/post?
