TG Widgets not working

  • Hi,

    I am using Woocommerce 3.9 and WordPress 5.3.2. I have the latest version of your theme installed. I’m using Chrome Version 80.0.3987.132 (Official Build) (64-bit). When I place any of the TG widgets in any of the sidebars, the widgets can’t be configured. For example, I place the TG Featured Posts in the right sidebar. The widget shows up, I select the “show posts from a category” radio button, but the categories dropdown does not work. This error happens regardless of how I place the TG widget (through the customize theme link, the widgets link in WP, etc…).

    All of the other (non TG) WP widgets work fine and can be configured perfectly.

    I’d appreciate any help you could offer.

    I tried to replicate the scenario in my local environment, but I wasn’t successful. I believe there’s a conflict due to some plugin. Try deactivating the plugin one by one until the issue is resolved.
