Can you please explain what you are trying to accomplish a little bit detailed? Is what you want to do is to truncate all quotes, let’s say, deleting more than 200 chars or something?

Plugin doesn’t have such a feature but you can accomplish that by using MySQL queries on database. If you have some experience on topic, I suggest you check this question on stackoverflow.
