    I’m just starting to try out your order splitter plugin. I’m trying to make the whole order splitting invisible to the consumer. Yet, despite all my attempts otherwise, the thank you pages for orders are showing the splits: https://share.getcloudapp.com/9ZuXZdep

    Is there a way to remove the order split information from this thank you page and all communications with the consumer? Ideally, I’d even like all communications to the consumer to use the same order # to eliminate any confusion.

    @authorbruce for now you can hide parent order on thak you page after split. Hiding child orders on thank you page after split can be considered as a feature request.

    Thanks for considering this feature.

    I noticed in some of your video demos you had named the child orders package 1, package 2, etc. This might be a workable temporary solution until you release the new update. How do you go about changing the child orders to be named package 1, package 2, etc.

    Dear Bruce,

    There is a customization tab, you can change these labels from an input field. We’re trying to provide all fields as editable fields.

    I looked at the customization tab in detail, but I can’t find where in the tab that you can customize the word “Orders” into “Packages”. Can you point out to me where in the customizations tab this option is?

    @authorbruce there are three tabs in Customization tab, select Packages/Parcels tab to edit information you want.

    @authorbruce please try the latest version 3.4.4, hide child order on thank you page option added as a checkbox on settings page.
