  • The support team helped get my site fixed when the images were going all wonky on my site and reverting to the thumbnail (aka: crappy resolution) files instead of the high-resolution ones that were supposed to be showing up on the product pages. It was so frustrating having that happen and the fact that it was randomly occurring and hard to track across the many products we have listed, was driving us up the wall. Thankfully, support got it cleared up and our images are working like they should now.
