I am creating a website for my own company, that will start its activity soon.
Honestly, the plugin and products settings are a little tricky for me, at least at the moment… but on the other hand, the customization interface makes my website much more functional and useful for my customers, I can offer a good service with some moderate effort and a small cost. The help of a kind, professional and FAST Orion developer via e-mail was absolutely precious: I received 3 useful replies to 3 questions and the solutions he gave me proved fundamental.
Yes, I experienced all the possible difficulties, starting with a radical reconfiguration of php.ini (my first time at this) to fit the memory usage of the Customizer, followed by a perfectly-set-but-broken product: I checked it for setting errors about one hundred times, everything was perfect but a 404 error was the only page reachable by clicking on “design from blank”… but with the support topics posted by other users I solved my enigma, it was because of a well known but eerie permalink problem.
Anyway, like a naked climber towards a treasure on the top of a mountain in the midwinter, when I have found the solutions for all my problems, I said: WOW!!! This plugin is fantastic!!!
Now I have my first customizable product online and will buy the full version of course. Now, I’ll go drink a beer, I’ll enjoy it in the honour of the Orion stuff.
