Thank you message not displayed and progress spinner constantly shown

  • Hi,

    When trying to send an application using the Apply Now form, the progress spinner is constantly shown above Send Application and when submitted, the thank you message is not shown – instead the progress spinner just stays on screen, even though the application information does get submitted.

    For reference, I have tried disabling all other plugins and reinstalled the plugin.

  • Hi,

    check your PHP-Version. When switching to PHP 8, I had the same problem. After switching back to 7.4 everything was working fine for me.
