Thank you message not showing

    Thank you for this great plugin. I only have one problem, the pop up closes before the thank you message is displayed. How can I fix this please?

    I am using WPForms.

    @redswirl – In this case it likely means that the form is not submitted over ajax, i.e. the form submits by reloading the page. So the popup is in fact working correctly since it shouldn’t be open on page load until they click the button. So when the form submits and the page reloads the popup is in its default state at that point.

    I will add we are releasing a new beta this coming week v1.7 which includes support for 99% of forms while also adding in API to easily integrate our form success actions into any form.
