This plugin keeps displaying the following message on every page in the backend:

Thank you for using Product Gallery Slider for Woocommerce. Get the pro version to unlock more features and customization options Premium Version

Every time I dismiss it with the X button it comes back on the next page load. How can I permanently dismiss it?

    Hi @nickm321 ,

The notice is designed to hide automatically when you click the [x] button. If it’s not functioning as expected, we recommend checking your browser’s console log for any AJAX-related errors. These errors could be preventing the hide notice function from working properly.

We’ve encountered this issue on certain websites in the past, where errors in the admin dashboard caused similar problems, commonly from conflicting plugins, outdated scripts, or custom code.

    To troubleshoot:

    1. Open your browser’s developer tools (usually accessible via F12 or right-click → Inspect).
    2. Navigate to the Console tab and look for any red error messages after clicking the [x] button.
    3. If you find errors, they might provide clues about the root cause.

Feel free to share any error details, and we’ll gladly help you resolve the issue!

    Hi Niloy,

Thanks for the quick reply! I checked the console errors with and without the plugin enabled. The following are present only when the plugin is enabled:

This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/performance/scroll-linked_effects.html for further details and to join the discussion on related tools and features! plugins.php

    Any ideas?

    Nick.

I am not sure about this, but the icon-related issue does not impact the plugin’s functionality.
I just released a new update for this notice issue, kindly update the plugin to version 2.3.15
