    Hello,

    We have been working on the thank you page for a project. Styling and tweaking it.

    Seems like ther is a bug somewhere. We tweaked it yesterday evening and left the thank you page in an open tab. Checking the tab this morning and clicking refresh your thankyou page gets removed and replaced with the default woocommerce thank you page.

    Tested this on a stock wordpress 5.8 install and woo 5.6.1 (latest is too buggy!) with default storefront theme and configured your thank you page as required. Waited a while and refreshed the page and same result.

    Why is that? the plugin has not been deactivated and we cannot see any errors any where even with debug mode enabled.

    FYI this seems to happen regardles IF you are logged into a customer account or not. It seem doesnt matter.

    Its on a dev site at the moment and we dont want to give out the dev url on a public forum. There is no option to give you a link privatly for you to check…. I have a checkout link which is currently showing your thank you page BUT as I said in a short time for what ever reason it will dissapear and the standard woo thank you page appears.

    You should be able to easily test this with your install. Simply create order, complete and leave thank you page open. Then wait some time (maybe a day) and refresh. You will see what we mean…

    @mivtt thank you. i have just checked our trst checkout page and it has reverted to default again ??

    Hi,

    We came back the thank you page link and it still shown as expected will full information.

    Please try to deactivate our plugin, then check whether it will be back to the WooCommerce thank you page as normal. It would not except the effect of a 3rd plugin, so you can also try to test with just our plugin and woocommerce to confirm.
