Thank you page not appearing

    I placed an order to try but the thank you page I had customised didn’t appear at all. Any idea why?

    Hello,

    It seems there is a conflict with your theme or other plugins on your site.
    Please activate only WooCommerce and our plugin, does this problem recur?

    how can I check if it works without placing an order?

    You can go to customize https://prnt.sc/ts65qh to check
    if your website has no orders the plugin will creates empty orders to run custom features on customize
