Thank you page option not appearing in features

    Hi,

    The WooCommerce admin area is not appearing the way it should. I want to make some changes to the thank you page that appears after customers have checked out and paid. According to the WC documentation, I can do this in the ‘Advanced’ section of the settings for each product. However, the ‘Confirmation Page’ field as shown here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-custom-thank-you-pages/ doesn’t appear! The most recent version of WooCommerce is running on the website. See the link for a screenshot of the advanced section, where you can see how this feature is missing.

    The following WC-related plugins are also running on the website:

    Autocomplete WooCommerce Orders
    Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce
    Mollie Payments for WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Admin
    WooCommerce Membership
    WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips

    Turning these plugins off does not fix the problem.

    Hi there Rosa, just to clear something up that I didn’t get out of your question: did you install the Custom Thank You Pages plugin? If so, we kindly ask that you contact us at WooCommerce.com so we can get you connected to the developer.

    If you haven’t, then you’re likely looking for something that doesn’t exist on your website. You’d have to install the plugin for the feature to appear.

    Hi! Thank you. No, that plugin is not installed on the website. That’s seems strange, because WooCommerce’s documentation makes it seem like it’s default, not like it’s part of an extra plugin.

    The documentation page https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-custom-thank-you-pages/, that you referred to, belongs to the paid extension https://woocommerce.com/products/custom-thank-pages/.

    Thanks for clarifying. I just noticed as well, it was quite hard to see that the documentation belongs to that plugin as it is quite ‘buried’.
