Thank you page redirect

Thank you so much for this plugin! It is by far the best I’ve seen, and I’m really happy I came across it.
I was just wondering if, after users sign up, there was a way to redirect to a thank you page on our own site (as opposed to MailChimp’s, which we’re using)?
If there is not a built-in function, is adding custom CSS an option? Thanks a lot for your help.
