Thank you page url causing GA4 to miss purchase

    I'm using the "WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration" plugin by WooCommerce and I am having issues with missing purchase conversions, specifically the C.O.D. orders that direct the user to the default woocommerce order conformation/thank you page

I have the slug set to "thank-you" in woocommerce setting and my order conformation page slug set to "thank-you" but when I go to /thank-you it takes me to the checkout page?

I have to go to /thank-you/thank-you to get to the actual order conformation/thank-you page.

I believe this might be why Google Analytics isn't showing C.O.D. purchase events but other payment options like PayPal work since the user is directed to the PayPal thank you page?

any ideas on how to change the url so the thank-you page shows up at /thank-you and not /thank-you/thank-you/ ?

    Hello @explorergt92,

    I’m not sure if I fully understand the problem here. The default endpoint for the thank you page is order-received not thank-you.

    Can you please share with us the following?

    • A copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • A Screenshot for your WooCommerce > Settings > Advance page.
