Thanks for writing in to the forum. I’m afraid that the plugin does not provide an option to display popup notifications after list sign ups. This may be something that’s possible through some custom coding, so it may be something you reach out to a developer in regards to.
As far as what options are available, MailChimp’s embed code allows you to add a sign up form which will redirect subscribers to a custom thank you page after submitting their info. While this isn’t a popup message, this would allow you to display a message to the user that isn’t on the same page as the form.
