• WooCommerce version: 2.5.3

    When guests complete checkout on my checkout page (xyz.com/checkout), instead of bringing them to the thankyou/confirmation/order-received page endpoint (xyz.com/checkout/order-received), it brings them back to the Cart page, and the cart is empty. (however, the purchase was successful)

    How do I figure out why this thank you/confirmation page is missing?

    I am specifically trying to figure this out because I am using PixelMySite to add a Facebook Pixel tracking code to the end of a purchase… however it is supposed to fire on the thank you/confirmation page, but that page does not exist.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    This is gateway dependent. Depends what payment gateway you use.

    Hi Mike – we use the WooCommerce Authorize.net AIM Gateway. Any idea what the issue might be there regarding this missing Thank You/Confirmation page?

    It might not be sending them to it – the gateway controls the redirect.

    I’ve dug through some of the Authorize.net AIM Gateway settings and don’t see anything there about Thank You/Confirmation/order-received pages and redirection.

    Is there anything I can do to diagnose the issue to see why the gateway might not be re-directing to the thank you page?

    Yes. You can test another gateway to ensure this is working.

    Who is the author?

    I am having this issue specifically on mobile Chrome and mobile Firefox(Android 5.1), except, i am not redirected to cart page. Instead the “Place Order” submits and displays the same checkout page. The order has been received on the back-end successfully though. And My Account page thereafter shows nothing.

    This problem is NOT seen in desktop versions of browsers, where it works as expected.

    Can you pls point me in the direction of possible solution? Unable to see any clues why this is happening only on mobile browser.

    Try BACS. It’s in core.

    i have same issue here. other’s forum said to set the permalink to default but nothing change. any solution to fix this problem?
