Thanks a ton but i can not loose the feeling of becoming deprecated

For some time now i’m dreading the arrival of Gutenberg because i personally can see no “gut” in Gutenberg.

I would be fine and could have rest assured if both Gutenberg and the classic editor would be part of core but i am disappointed that the road that is taken is to remove the classic editor from core and having to rely on this plugin very kindly made and made available by Andrew Ozz. It makes me feel becoming deprecated.

I have invested many years in working with WordPress but what i thought to be a solid foundation is looking more and more as sand. I do not see myself being able to switch my website and workflow to Gutenberg.

So here is me hoping for a re-evaluation of removing classic editor from core or otherwise that Andrew Ozz and the Classic Editor plugin will have eternal life.
