• edited. Had an issue, but it was resolved nicely. Changing my review to reflect that. Now that I am able to get inside the plugin, I’m currently looking around. It looks like I should be good.

My only recommendation so far (understand that I’m just getting into it, so it may be there), is to allow users to post auctions from the front end, and never have to leave the website. If it’s not in there, I’m certain that there are plugins that can help.

    Hi rdutchak,

    Happy New Year to you.

Sorry about the trouble you faced with our plugin purchase, we adjusted some variables in the product download that we sell via e-junkie.com and they recently updated their backend interface. Unfortunately I did not see that I have to physically tick a select box to make the download available (image). This was done automatically before they updated their interface.

It’s not that we’re out to scam you, as you claimed on your review of our plugin even though you did not get a chance to use it yet, it would be kind of hard to keep this scam going for the 6+ years we’ve been selling the Pro plugin to thousands of satisfied buyers. Don’t you think?

An email to us would have gotten the same response I’m writing to you now.

Anyway, I’ve updated our backend download link in e-junkie thanks to your email and review.

I’ve also emailed your the Pro plugin ZIP file and the free bonus of the Zoom add-on.

    Zoom Add-on instructions:

Upload, install and activate as a regular plugin. You can then customize it via the ‘Zoom’ admin menu under “WP Auctions”. It will only work on the new responsive display.

    WP Auctions FAQ: https://www.wpauctions.com/faq/

If you have any other questions feel free to get in touch.

I hope you’ll rescind/change your review here and cancel your dispute on PayPal.

Also do understand this before you subject someone else on this platform to very quick judgements and accusations. We live in different parts of the world and time differences can delay responses. You left this review 2 hours ago and you emailed me an hour before that.

Please allow at least 12 hours or even 6 for a response? Especially since it’s a Sunday too.

I would think in this connected world where everything is more or less transparent, especially here on www.ads-software.com where if you choose not to change your review we’ll have to deal with it for the rest of the future of this plugin, you have various avenues to get in touch with people who are trying to get by. Just like you.

Thanks, this isn’t the first time that something similar like this has happened, but this is the first time that it was resolved in a timely fashion. Once I can figure out how to get this edited, I will.

Even though we met all the users requirements, and got the plugin working for them, they continued their dispute with PayPal, got their refund and after contacting for the pro plugin payment he has not responded to us.

Just posting it in case anyone else gets him as a customer.
