thanks! one bug and feature suggestions

Hi! Thanks for such awesome and well coded push notifications plugin.

Would be great if you add several functionalities:

– Hooks / documentation to send push notifications by other wp triggers like new_users or new_comments and so on
– How can I send push notification only to one subscribers?
– Add a “comments” or “observation” field to users so we can describe them. Also make users groups to segment them
– Add some way to send push notification only to one user
– Add better stats so we can count the clicks
– Add templates for the push notifications

And one very Important fix: not send push notifications when I only “update” a post, but I would love to have the chance to do it if I need to send push notifications from old posts but not by default so if I forgot to disable it push will be sent….
