  • Hey, Simon, that could be a CSS issue or an issue with WooCommerce.

Is there any way that you can link to a page where you’re experiencing this problem?

    Morning Ian

    Thanks for replying.

Regarding a link, unfortunately not. Only because I’m still in the process of making this website and my client doesn’t want it live until its complete.
But, I would be happy to give you admin access so you can see the issue easier.

    Thank you Ian

    Hello @simple5imon,

Thank you for sharing the screenshots!

Please keep in mind that this is a public forum, so kindly refrain from sharing your site credentials here.

Based on the issue described, it is likely related to the theme. I highly recommend reaching out to the theme author for further assistance.

Alternatively, if you can provide the site URL, we may be able to provide a CSS snippet as a temporary solution.

To maintain your site’s privacy, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING instead of publishing the site.

    Cheers!
