    Hello,
    I installed the plugin and managed to get 3 abandoned carts that appeared in the recoverable orders. However, I did some additional tests, and no other carts have been recorded. Could there be a conflict with WP Rocket or Redis Cache? Tracking is enabled in the plugin settings, and I set a 15-minute delay.

    My tests were conducted using the two accounts that are already recorded in the abandoned carts list. However, I just noticed that the date and time recorded for these two carts have changed, and they are now set to today’s date. However, I did not receive a new email.

    However, I did a third test with an account that is not listed in the abandoned carts, yet this test does not appear in the list.

    The third test has just been recorded, and the email was sent, but 5 hours later instead of 15 minutes.

    The cut-off time you set determines when the order is marked as abandoned. However, the actual time the follow-up email is sent depends on the timing settings of that specific email template. Please ensure that the time delay is correctly set in the email template settings to match your expectations.

    In the previous response, you mentioned that you received the email, but it was received five hours later. Could you please share screenshots of your email template timing settings? Also, please give it another try to see if the emails are still arriving late. Let me know what you find!
